Line the horizon up with the horizontal lines in the viewfinder. This method is less effective for vertical alignment;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ebay.com.au\/itm\/Triple-3D-3-Axis-Hot-Shoe-Spirit-Level-Bubble-Level-For-Camera-Canon-Nikon-\/400371697678?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&amp;hash=item5d3803480e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">spirit level for flash mount<\/a>, cheap ones can be bought on eBay, but quality does varies;<\/li>\n<li>use the &#8220;grid&#8221; in the live view mode on your camera (quality can vary depending on barrel distortion of the lense being used).
